Last night I dragged myself to the gym and did the Week 1 workout again.  I am going to try to do it every night until Tuesday, when I will start Week 2.  Tony and I are going to Buffalo tomorrow night to visit his mom, and I’m hoping she lives in a development with sidewalks so I can maybe squeeze in some runs while we’re there.  I don’t want to lose this momentum…you know, because I’ve been working out for TWO WHOLE DAYS and if I stop now, I’ll explode and die.  Or maybe it will just be really hard to get started again.

Good news…I stepped on the scale this morning, and I’m down a pound and a half…158.5!  YAY!  Hopefully this is the beginning of a steady downward trend.  We shall see…
