My name is Nikol Gammalo. I live in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio with my husband, Tony. I used to live other places where I could see the Poverty Line from my bedroom window and my Evacuation Plan was laminated and hanging on the refrigerator (just in case), but I find that living room furniture is comfortable and cable television is the equivalent to crack, so Tony it is!
I spend my time working as an Administrative Assistant, which we all know is a glorified term for Office Slave. I have every intention of securing a new position once I finish nursing school. You know, so I can go from swallowing my pride in Corporate America to wiping ass in Healthcare. I try very hard every day to aim high. I want to be so many things when I grow up that I can’t decide on only a single career. This is one of the reasons I started this website, you see, because I also want to be a writer; a real one like the ones who have books lining the shelves in Borders. I would even settle for being a writer who has books lying in piles at garage sales (aiming high, remember?).
Tony and I recently discovered that we are going to have a baby. This is another thing I want to be when I grow up…a mom. I guess I better get on that “growing up” thing…
